DELIVERY METHODS
Please notice that we have new opening hours at the office from 1. november 2022 - We have open Tuesday and Thursday every week, and we will ship orders, answer customer service, handle returns on those 2 specific days only.
We can only process your order if the delivery address is a residential address
or a business address. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
GLS is used for both domestic and international orders.

TRACKING OF YOUR PARCEL
When we have prepared your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation
email with delivery information and a link to track your order.

If you discover a mistake or defect in your order, you need to contact us a

We will send you a return label, so the goods can be returned for exchange
or possible crediting by agreement.

We hope you'll love everything you order from us, but if something is not quite
right, you have 14 days to ship it back to us.

You can return your order with our returnlabel, it costs 45 DKKR that you pay when downloading it.

REFUND
When we receives the order back and it is approved, the full purchase price will be
refunded to your account within a five working days through the same payment
method that you choose for the purchase.

GIFTS
When you buy a gift from us, we will exchange it within 30 days. We can not exchange from one product to another, you will have to return the product to us, and get a refund, and then place a new order.
