No. Unfortunately at the moment we are not able to administrate cancellations of

WHEN DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
We ship orders as fast as possible! Mostly we ship orders the day after you have
placed your order, but note that all orders are definitely shipped between 1-3 work
days after the order placement.

We will send you a return label, so the goods can be returned for exchange or
possible crediting by agreement.
WHERE DO I ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE?
When you have added items to your basket and have clicked ‘Checkout’ you will
be directed to a checkout page. On the checkout page you will see ‘Gift Card or
promotion code’ on the right hand side of the page. Add your discount code and
press ‘Apply’. If the code is not working, please check if it has been spelled
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it to us. You have to pay for
the return of an order yourself.
You are welcome to use our return label that you can generate through the

The price for a return shipment with our return label is 49 DKK.
The 49 DKK will be subtracted from your refund amount when we have received
and processed your order.
If you choose not to ship the order with our return label, please include your order
number to your package to we can identify your order.

- Please make sure your Return Reason note is filled out and included with
your return package so we can identify your order.
- Tape the return label on the front of your return package and drop it off at
your nearest GLS pickup point.
- GLS will provide you with a drop-off receipt so you can track your return
Be sure to keep hold of your drop-off receipt until you receive a confirmation email
from us about your parcel.
If you live outside of Denmark you have to pay for the return of items yourself.
Remember to include a note with your order number, so we are able to identify
your order when it reaches us.
You cannot ship the order to a package shop and we prefer that you use GLS.

If one of our silk products are sold out, it won’t be back in stock. Our silk styles
are made of vintage saris from India and therefore there is a very limited amount
or simply one of each in each print.
CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT YOUR RETAILERS HAVE IN STOCK?
Unfortunately we don’t have any knowledge about what our retailers have in
stock. Our products are sold through an agency to our retailers and we cannot
know what prints or styles our retailers choose. If you are looking for a retailer
