Ellies & Ivy is owned by Pernille Hvam Pedersen and Ninna Rahbek Schou. They are responsible for the products sold on the webshop and they are selling the products exclusively on behalf of themselves.
Elliesandivy.com is open 24 hours a day, so you always have the opportunity to shop on our weshop. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on the website and possess a valid credit card that is accepted by us. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a legal basis for entering into a contract with us.
On the webshop you choose the goods that you want to purchase and place them in the basket. Any additional payments (for example delivering and credit card fees) will first be determined shortly before you pay for your goods.
When you have placed all your goods in the basket and are ready to order, you click on the small shopping net at the top right corner of the screen. There you will be able to see your entire shopping basket. This is where you choose payment method and enter your name, address, email, phone number and delivery method.
You can alter the content of your basket until you confirm your purchase by pushing the button ‘Checkout’. After this your order will be directed to Elliesandivy.com
After having ordered goods from us, you will receive a order confirmation via the email address you have provided us with. The order confirmation confirms that a binding purchase agreement has been established.
On Elliesandivy.com we accept the following credit cards and payment methods: Dankort/VISA, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mobile Pay and Paypal.
The payment for your goods will be drawn from our account, when the goods are sent from us. All amounts are specified in Danish kroner and are inclusive VAT. All agreements are made in Danish unless you choose English as the main language for the webshop.
Elliesandivy.com will ship your order within 1-3 working days. If you order goods during a national holiday or the weekend, the order will be processed between 1-3 days following the weekend or national holiday. We can only process your order if the delivery address is a residential address or a business address. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
If the order by a mistake is not in storage, we will contact you as soon as possible, so we can settle on an agreement concerning delivery.
Elliesandivy.com make use of GLS. Timely delivery requires that GLS complies with their day-to-day deliveries.
If delays occur at GLS, your delivery will also be delayed. Elliesandivy.com cannot be made responsible for delays at GLS. However if the deliveries are very delayed or directly absent, Elliesandivy.com will ship a new delivery to you for no extra charge according to a further agreement with Elliesandivy.com.
GLS are also used for deliveries abroad.
You can choose between the following delivery methods:
The order will be delivered between 1-3 work days after the order has been placed. The shipping cost is 38 DKK and free of charge on all orders above 1000 DKK.
The order will be delivered between 3-5 work days after the order has been placed. If you place an order during a national holiday or the weekend, the order will be processed on the following work day.

Norway - shipping cost is 400 DKK
USA - shipping cost is 350 DKK

Elliesandivy.com provides 2 years of warranty in according to the Sale of Goods Act, including fabrication - or material mistakes, that are noted by using the good under normal circumstances. The warranty does not cover mistakes, damages, or wear that are directly or indirectly due to faulty handling of the goods, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized actions. Warranty of mistakes or defects that are noted during normal examination of the goods, needs to be reported to Elliesandivy.com within reasonable time.
If you discover a mistake or defect in an order, you need to contact us a soon as possible either through mail or phone. We will then send you a return label, so the goods can be returned for reparation, exchange or possible crediting by agreement.

Returns are delivered to the address above - please notice that we do not accept return deliveries shipped with C.O.D (cash on delivery). The Sale of Goods Act’s defect rules may apply.
To return goods from Elliesandivy.com you have to use the included return label. Please follow the instructions on the paper that was shipped with your package. Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancellation within 14 days of you receiving your order. That means if you receive your order on June 1st, you have until the 15th of June at 12 PM to announce to Elliesandiy.com that you regret your purchase. After that you have 14 days to ship the order back to us.
If you choose to regret a purchase, you will have to delivery the goods back in approximately the same condition as you received it. When Elliesandivy.com receives the order back and it is approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days through the same payment method that you choose for the purchase.
The condition of the goods, when you return it
You are liable for any possible degradation of the goods’ value, that is caused by any other handling of the goods outside of what is necessary to determine the nature of the good, its properties and the way it functions. In other words - you can try out the products, the same way as if you tried them on in a physical store. The product may therefore only have been tried on at home, may not be damaged, washed, dry cleaned or altered and all the tags shall still be intact and attached to the product. If the product has been used outside of what is described above, we consider the product as having been used, which means that if you make use of your right to cancellation will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the product’s retail price.
Exchange to another product
It is not possible to exchange one product to another product in relation to return and right of cancellation.
In order for you to shop at Elliesandivy.com you will as a minimum have to inform us of the following:
Phone number (preferably cell phone number) - this is so that GLS can send you messages concerning your delivery or we can contact you with possible questions.
The data above will be saved together with information about which products you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the fiscal year, that the information concerns. This is according to the Danish accounting law §10. After the 5 years, the data will be deleted.
As a customer you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data concerning you, and you can object to registration according to the rules about handling of personal data.
