Silk dress with ruffles made from the finest Indian vintage sarees. The dress is carefully handmade in India. The dress has a loose fit with ruffles on the body, sleeves and neck. At the neckline and down the chest it closes with small buttons. The dress can be worn in a number of ways either with pants, pantyhose or a tight turtleneck sweater underneath and perhaps a complimentary blazer to top it off.
